Thuja Plicata Full Standard Trees
Thuja Plicata is also known as Western Red Cedar. Thuja Plicata has deep green, dense foliage and a good average growth rate, making it an excellent specimen. Planted in a row, these Thuja Plicata Full Standard Trees with their clear-stemmed trunks and foliage on the top, will provide instant screening above an average sized garden fence. This tree is ideal for using in a restricted space as we have trained the Thuja into a standard. This means there will be no branches until approx. 1.8m from the ground.
A Thuja Plicata Full Standard Tree is an excellent choice screening plant for under planting. Maintenance is easy as well as they only require a trim once a year or twice for perfectionists. Thujas grow on any type of soil in sunny or semi shaded gardens.
