Juniperus Scopulorum Moonglow Conifer

Juniperus Scopulorum Moonglow is an exceptional conifer originating from North America. The stunning blue / grey foliage makes this variety really stand out. The trees are very dense and hardy.

Juniper Moonglow is easy to grow and maintain and it will grow in moist, well drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Keep it trimmed to shape once or twice a year where necessary, best to trim in cloudy weather and give the foliage a good dousing with water before trimming, it will help the cut.

Also known as Moonglow Rocky Mountain Juniper does well in the cool UK climate and is very drought tolerant, it really prefers a sunny spot and the bright blue foliage is more accentuated when the tree receives more sunshine. The foliage is a great contrast to the reddish bark.

These Juniper Moonglow will grow to a height of 20 ft at maturity with a width of 8ft making these a fantastic tree screening plant - perfect for evergreen screening.
