Carex Oshimensis Everest
Carex Oshimensis Everest is a stunning evergreen perennial, forming a mound of glossy dark green leaves with a white long margin going through the centre. Carex is an ornamental sedge grass that really stands out through the winter months with its variegated foliage. It has an attractive dense and arching growing habit. Also called Japanese Sedge, Carex Oshimensis Everest has brown flower spikes that emerge in mid-summer.
Carex Oshimensis Everest is ideal for pots and containers, rockeries, borders and raised beds.
It loves full sun or partial shade and any well drained fertile soil. This ornamental grass will reach a maximum height and spread of 30 cm.
