Camellia Sasanqua Jennifer Susan is a splendid Autumn flowering Camellia variety that originated in Australia. The beautiful softly pink flowers have wave-like undulating petals and this is a lovely specimen tree that will bring colour to the garden when you need it most, throughout the late Autumn and early Winter.

Sasanqua's are profuse flowering Camellias with dense glossy evergreen leaves, it is a compact bush with a lovely shape, it is dense and can be used for flowering hedges as it will make a good screening plant. As with all Camellias Camellia Sasanqua Jennifer Susan prefers a moist, well drained neutral to acid soil - they don't like to be waterlogged!

This easy to grow Camellia Sasanqua variety is an ideal choice for smaller city gardens as they will grow well in a container - also very happy to be grown in a mixed border and can be trained. Trimming should be left until well after the plant has flowered, a lovely variety if your intention is a Japanese style garden.
