A beautiful evergreen 3/4 standard tree-shrub, Roma Risorta is an old Italian variety of Camellia, this breathtaking specimen has enormous double pink flowers with splashes of red streaking the petals with a yellow center. The flower colour is an amazing contrast against the dark, glossy evergreen leaves, the profuse flowering arrives in early spring. 
Camellia Japonica Roma Risorta will look stunning in mixed borders in almost any size garden, as it is slow growing and easy to maintain to this size if your garden is smaller. Camellias are perfect for container growing on a terrace or patio. Use ericaceous soil when planting in pots and give them a feed with Camellia plant food once a year.

Roma Risorta will only need pruning once a year - remember to clip after the plant has bloomed, otherwise you are in danger of removing the flower buds for the following season.
