Diervilla Rivularis Honeybee is a small deciduous shrub also known as bush honeysuckle. It has golden leaves and sweet flowers that are highly attractive to pollinators. It’s a welcome addition to a wildlife-friendly mixed border.
Diervilla Rivularis is native to the Eastern United States, but the cultivar Honeybee was recently bred in the Netherlands. It has bright showy golden foliage that emerges in spring and retains its rich colour until falling in autumn. In early summer Diervilla Rivularis Honeybee produces clusters of yellow open flowers that are attractive to beneficial pollinators.
