Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana Ivonne Pom Pom
'Ivonne' is a vibrant yellow and lime green conifer variety that as an evergreen tree, retains this striking colour throughout the year. Commonly known as Lawson's Cypress or False Cypress Ivonne,
Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana Ivonne has an upright habit and is relatively slow growing, this is a very hardy conifer that will tolerate any aspect and will do well in both sheltered or more exposed conditions.
Very easy to grow with low maintenance, Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana Ivonne is often chosen to train as a Niwaki specimen, these trees are very easy to shape and trim, this pom pom topiary tree is circa 2 metres high. Buying a good mature size has the advantage of providing an instant impact in your garden and will keep it's shape with a twice yearly trim.

Ivonne Pom Pom trees can be grown in containers but bear in mind they do like a moist well drained soil (preferably slightly acidic) so if you do keep in pots you must make sure they are regularly watered and not allowed to dry out.
