From quality brand Westland John Innes No. 1 is a loam-based naturally reduced peat mix that helps establish seedlings and young plants.
It contains a balanced mix of nutrients that young plants need including zinc complex for strong growth.
When watered this compost is naturally heavy to stabilise small pots and its easy to re-water and keep moist.
The high loam content acts as a buffer for nutrients and allows young roots to breathe and grow strong. It contains no green waste so you won’t find any pieces of garden material.
