Eucalyptus Glaucescens is a member of the Myrtle family, an Australian native commonly known as the Tingiringi Gum tree. A very attractive & fast-growing evergreen, the Eucalyptus Glaucescens trees grows naturally in a conical shape which is extremly hardy down to -18 degrees! The beautiful foliage is highly aromatic when crushed and the young leaves are silvery blue in colour. These trees have two distinct foliage displays - the juvenile trees have silver/grey rounded leaves with a tinge of pink. As the trees develop and mature, the leaves become lanceolate and grey green in colour. The cream coloured flowers which appear in Autumn have a deliciously sweet perfume.
