A striking evergreen climber, Passiflora Caerulea ‘White Lightning’ (Passion Flower White Lightning) is a vigorous grower. This variety originates from Brazil and freely produces large fragrant white flowers in mid-summer that look quite spectacular and are generally followed by orange coloured fruit. You will also be doing your bit as a wildlife gardener as the fruit are very much enjoyed by birds.

Being Brazilian, Passiflora Caerulea White Lightning does like to have sun & will thrive in a sheltered, sunny position. If you have a sunny garden wall or fence that would be perfect. Passiflora also looks great when grown up a sunny wall of the house. You can also create attractive features in your garden by training the passiflora over a sunny arbour or to grow around the bark of a large tree.
