We have selected these beautiful specimen trees of Abies Nordmanniana also known as Nordmann Fir Trees. This variety is the quintessential Christmas Tree look. We have several sizes in stock, from 1m right up to 3m tall. They can all be used for Christmas decoration either indoors or outside and can then be planted directly in the garden when the festive season is over.
If you are intending to use a Nordmann fir tree to provide Christmas decoration in your garden, then of course the tree can be planted straightaway in its designated spot.These Nordmann Fir trees are either pot grown or as rootballs and are perfect specimens for growing on in the garden. They are lovely dense, healthy conifer trees with a beautiful shape and lots of branches, perfect for stringing up lights and decorations.
The very largest size does measure up to over 3 metres including the pot and that size therefore has some delivery restrictions, depending on the delivery address – check our postcode deliveries on this largest size here.

Picea Pungens Blue Diamond ( Colorado Blue Spruce ‘Blue Diamond’)
With pretty silvery blue foliage and originating from the Rocky Mountains, these little beauties will look very festive in your home over Christmas. At circa 140 cm tall (excluding pot), Blue Diamond is possibly the best fit to use as a small living Christmas tree with a very large cute factor.
Abies Concolor (White Pine or White Fir)
If you are looking for something taller to use as a living Christmas tree, Abies Concolor is a striking conifer tree, with silver blue pine needles. It naturally grows in a superb Christmas tree shape. Native to North America, it makes a lovely living Christmas tree and will look wonderful in the garden afterwards. You will need space for these though, as they are already quite tall at 2 to 2.5 metres.

Tips for Caring for your Living Christmas Tree:
Regular Watering – If you do intend to bring these trees into the house for Christmas, remember these are living trees – they will need to be watered regularly.
Suitable Location – Living Christmas Trees should not be placed next to heating appliances or open fires. It’s best to site them in a cooler place, such as the hallway.
In summary, you need to do these two things to care for your Living Tree:
1) make sure to keep your living Christmas trees well watered while they are insider
2) try not to have them too near a strong heat source such as a fire or a radiator.
